It’s evident why a lot of small business owners may be wary about constructing a green office, or modifying an existing construction to get greener, 'cause the initial up-front investment may be high. I completely agree with these words. Nevertheless, the government has put a lot of programs in place to assist small businesses be just as competitive in the race to get green.

It's truly rewarding to go green. Not only in the field of toxic-free surrounding but more on the future of our next generation. Businesses who are into this green thing will reap tremendous benefit because the government is serious in giving programs to help these businesses achieve their goal and eventually have their investment return the soonest possible time. A good gift to give to our children.

Thanks for the information. I hear of big companies going green but you really don't hear about the incentive for doing it. I love this forum.
