For business processes, there is a tool called free-mind, http://freemind.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page  not sure if anyone has used this..I've also used business plan pro..

That's a pretty in dept resource, but when I click on any of the subheadings the only thing that happens is the page scrolls back to the top.

Someone above mentioned freemind, another great piece of mind mapping software is The Brain from thebrain.com, its excellent for laying out plans visually.

Nice videos indeed. But had that been in text format as well, it would be easy to pass up on and carry around so that people can read them in spare time.
